I investigate claim status, payments, denials, and billing discrepancies through payer communication and non-call workflows. I use UHC, Availity, and Cigna portals to research accounts and document payer responses.

My healthcare billing knowledge includes Revenue Cycle Management, institutional claims, UB-04 (CMS-1450), medical terminology, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding. I'm currently preparing for AAPC CPC certification.

Earlier, I completed a six-month web development internship at Cornerstone IT Solutions, where I built responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and collaborated on interactive features.
