Shahnawaz Shaikh

I’m a motivated B.Sc. IT student and full-stack developer building production-grade web applications with MERN and WordPress. As a Web Development Intern at Nexus Migration, I manage and maintain the company website in WordPress while supporting ongoing production website operations.

I develop full-stack MERN web applications end-to-end, including responsive UI enhancements, reusable React components, and API-based functionality. I also support database management, application structure, and deployment workflows, collaborating with the team on feature development, optimization, and technical improvements.

My project work reflects the same drive for practical solutions: ExpenseCare handles real expense splitting with a real-time balance dashboard and secure Firebase Authentication, while CitizEye builds a civic issue platform that uses Hugging Face image classification and Nodemailer routing with role-based access control. I’m also AWS Cloud Foundations certified, and I’ve strengthened my problem-solving through hackathons and a research paper writing competition.
