I've designed AI-powered enterprise SaaS and wellness experiences at Icertis and Airbus, translating complex business and data requirements into intuitive web and mobile products.
At Icertis, I led end-to-end UX for the AI-powered InnerBalance app, created AI CRM landing pages, and built reusable design systems and responsive interfaces. At Airbus, I led UX/UI for a Resource Management System, using research, usability testing, personas, user flows, prototypes, and A/B testing to guide decisions.
Earlier at Virtusa, I combined user research with data analysis, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI dashboards to uncover actionable insights. I'm passionate about accessible, scalable product experiences shaped through human-centered design and AI-assisted workflows.
