I’m a Senior Product Designer with 13+ years of experience designing AI-enabled, enterprise-scale digital products across Government, Logistics, Finance, SaaS, and data-driven ecosystems. I lead end-to-end product design—from product discovery and user research to interaction design, prototyping, usability validation, and developer handoff.

I’m passionate about solving complex problems by transforming ambiguity into intuitive, scalable, high-impact product experiences. I specialize in enterprise platforms, AI-assisted design workflows, design systems, intelligent dashboards, and human-centered AI, using modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, UX research, and design innovation.

I’ve built and governed scalable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens to ensure consistency across multiple digital products and services. I also design bilingual (English/Arabic RTL) experiences with accessibility-focused UX patterns, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders in Agile and remote-first environments.

In recent work with SCAD enterprise and GovTech platforms (BAYAAN, BAYAAN AI, TBAYAAN, and TAMM-aligned services), I’ve designed AI-assisted enterprise experiences, conversational interactions, and executive KPI dashboards. I improve usability and efficiency—such as restructuring dashboard information architecture and advanced filtering systems to reduce task completion time by 25%—while partnering across teams to deliver pixel-perfect, measurable results.
