I’m a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing enterprise platforms and AI-assisted experiences across telecom, legal operations, and supply chain domains. I specialize in simplifying complex workflows, aligning stakeholders, and translating operational complexity into scalable product experiences.

Most recently, I redesigned Omantel’s enterprise bulk activation process by consolidating manual handoff steps into a single self-service submission flow, reducing confirmation time from 48–72 hours to within the session. I also led UX design for Omantel’s flagship eShop purchase journeys and expanded design system patterns to improve consistency and speed across enterprise telecom experiences.

Previously, I consolidated workflows across seven legal investigation teams into a unified Dynamics 365 platform, reducing case processing time from 10 days to 5 days through investigation workflow, information architecture, and task management redesign. I designed AI-assisted seller engagement with contextual Copilot integrations across Power Apps, Teams, and Power BI, and I mentored junior designers to strengthen interaction design, systems thinking, and design delivery practices.
