I am a UX Designer with 3 + years of experience in enterprise B2B and health Insurance Tech, currently the UX Designer for IHX Nucleus, a healthcare claims platform used by over 22,000 providers and 35 + payers and TPAs. I own UX end to end across 7 AI product lines in the claims lifecycle, research, workflow observation, journey mapping, design specs, and direct developer collaboration through implementation.
Work I am most proud of: I redesigned the operations dashboard and task views, cutting average time to initiate settlement from 3.23 to 1.56 minutes and contributing to a 33 percent lift in per-claim monetization for one enterprise hospital contract. I grew the reconciliation module into Recon Hub, a standalone module with automated bank reconciliation and a full audit trail, now covering 100 percent of cashless credit lines and recovering 25 to 30 percent of receivables that used to be handled manually. I also built a self-serve user management module with role hierarchy, SSO, and admin level access, after interviewing customer success, account management, and network teams directly, which cut related support tickets from about 80 a day to about 10.
Earlier, as an Associate UX Designer at IHX, I built the Figma design system and component library still used platform wide, cutting frontend development time from about three weeks to two weeks per feature, and shipped a hospital facing B2B app on a 3week deadline that is now at 9,500+ daily active users, driving a 33 percent increase in client acquisition within two months.
My path into design was not conventional. I studied microbiology for my master's, core pape in computer programming and with electives in psychology and cognitive behavioural genetics, and hold a diploma in fashion design. That background shapes how I work, I care about how people actually behave inside a product more than how polished it looks, especially in B2B, where the real win is speed and fewer errors, not memorability. I am HFI Certified as a Usability Architect, grounded in accessibility and WCAG standards, and was recognized with the IHX Spotlight Award for product improvements acknowledged during the Perfios acquisition, along with a first place finish at the IHX Hackathon.
I am also deep into AI assisted design, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and the Visual Code in my own workflow, including a conversational AI agent concept cutting pre-auth submission time from 7 minutes to under 2, and WiseWoman, a cycle aware AI daily planner I built end to end. I am always upskilling, through books, podcasts, and reading on human behaviour, and I care deeply about the real people on the other end of what I design.
