At JPMorgan Chase, I expanded the Selenium WebDriver and TestNG regression suite with 85 test cases across three payment modules, and contributed Playwright scripts for cross-browser coverage. I also built a proof-of-concept ML-based check that flagged unexpected patterns in payment API responses.
At the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, I owned QA deliverables for GCLaws Outlook VA General Counsel across 14 monthly releases. I brought the application to full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance before a scheduled federal Section 508 audit and prepared test evidence supporting Authority to Operate documentation.
At BNY Mellon, I built a Selenium WebDriver and TestNG framework for the PBGC federal pension administration portal, producing 280 regression scripts that replaced approximately three weeks of manual testing per quarterly release. I also ran Apache JMeter load tests that surfaced server-side bottlenecks before annual open enrollment.
