I'm looking to lead data, analytics, and AI initiatives where scalable platforms, governance, automation, and business insights drive growth, efficiency, risk management, and customer engagement.

At IME Khalti, I lead data strategy, enterprise analytics, reporting, governance, and AI initiatives across business functions. I build scalable data architecture, executive dashboards, KPI monitoring, and automated reporting that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

I've supported digital banking at NIC Asia Bank and enterprise software at Midas Technologies through database automation, SQL optimization, ETL, reporting, and performance tuning. I also teach Big Data Analytics at CITE College, connecting postgraduate students with practical data engineering, fintech, and AI applications.
