As the MIS and Data Executive at Kathmandu NeoAssure Pvt. Ltd., I currently lead the MIS and data management function as department head. I oversee data governance, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency, while developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI for portfolio analysis, client insights, and business performance tracking.

I also supervise data collection, validation, and integration processes across underwriting, claims, and finance departments. Previously, as an MIS Executive at Kathmandu Celltron Nepal Pvt. Ltd., I managed and maintained organizational data using Excel and Power BI for daily, weekly, and monthly decision-making reports.

I handled the entire EMI process for smartphone brands and coordinated across departments to collect, verify, and update data. Earlier, as a Research Assistant at SVEDAC Pvt. Ltd., I supported data collection, cleaning, and analysis, literature reviews, report writing, field surveys, questionnaires, and research presentations—complemented by my AWS Academy cloud architecture training and hands-on projects like a Video Captioning Model.
