Before becoming Software Engineering Manager, I led software teams at EPLHouse, MotoSoft, and citPOINT, where I drove technical design, code quality, Agile delivery, mentoring, and engineering standards.
I've also built enterprise systems including internet banking, wallet and FinTech platforms, a blockchain exchange, healthcare management software, and ERP systems.
