An experienced and certified Scrum Master of over 5 years who has acquired, fostered, and built a solid foundation for an Agile mindset. My curated superpowers are clear communication and the ability to create strong, sustainable, high-performing teams. Becoming a Scrum Master has allowed me to continue to practice agile principles within IT teams, my goals have been to develop and empower capable developers into triumphant teams.
As a servant leader, I practice facilitation and coaching teams as they work through creation to delivery of challenging products. On a day-to-day basis, I enjoy observing systems of teams and searching for opportunities to improve flow, measure our success and opportunities, empower, and enable the removal of risks and impediments, and deliver value for our customers. I have served, led, and coached cross-functional teams in both Agile Kanban and Scrum frameworks to deliver high-value results that met and exceeded stakeholder expectations. My domain of experience spans Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations.
I am a results-oriented Scrum Master who enjoys facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and helping teams in self-organizing and collaborating to achieve their sprint goals.
