I’m looking for a senior project controls or planning role where I can own Primavera P6/CPM scheduling, NEC3/NEC4 compliance, CE assessment, and recovery strategy—turning programme data into executive dashboards that help leadership reduce risk and improve delivery.

I’m a Senior Project Controls Planner and Primavera P6 Specialist with 12+ years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure, rail, aviation, and civil engineering programmes across major projects including HS2 and UK airport developments. I build, maintain, and interrogate fully logic-linked Primavera P6 master programmes, drive Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, and develop recovery strategies to protect programme integrity.

In my current role at Kier Group (HS2 EKFB), I lead planning and project controls for HS2 Calvert North infrastructure works—supporting NEC4 compensation event (CE) assessment, programme impact analysis, schedule compliance, and executive-level reporting through dashboards and performance insights.
