What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Java backend role where I can lead microservices execution, improve production reliability with Spring Boot and SQL optimization, and mentor engineers through code reviews—while partnering with stakeholders on sound technical decisions.

I’m a Java Technical Leader who directs and coordinates backend development teams of up to 10 people in international environments. I drive technical execution with code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on support for business-critical production applications.

As a secondary strength, I bring 6+ years as a Senior Java Backend Engineer designing, maintaining, and optimizing production systems. I’ve worked extensively with Spring Boot, microservices architectures, REST and SOAP integrations, legacy system support, and SQL performance optimization.

In my current role at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I lead backend development and maintenance of production Spring Boot applications, define architecture and best practices for microservices, and partner with stakeholders on engineering decisions. I also optimize SQL queries to improve system performance, stability, and operational reliability, while resolving production incidents and continuously supporting developers through reviews and technical guidance.
