At Switch Case, I designed a custom Playwright framework from scratch, with more than 40,000 checks across Smoke, Regression, and E2E suites. I cut regression time from 3 days to 5 hours.
I automated Web3 scenarios, including Trust Wallet browser-extension integration and blockchain interactions through ethers.js. I tested tokenization products across web interfaces, APIs, smart contracts on Ethereum and Polygon, and integrations with payment and verification services.
I supported more than five products from MVP to Production and helped release more than 50 versions without critical production defects. I also managed a team of three QA engineers and introduced the DoQA test management system across company projects.
At Phoenix, I built the testing process for an LMS with ERP and CRM modules and supported a CRM product from idea to its MVP release. Before moving into IT, I worked in pharmaceutical validation and laboratory quality management, including GMP processes and certification audits.
