At Praktika, I own frontend and full-stack development for web products on an AI-powered language learning platform used by 30M+ learners. I re-architected the web funnel, reducing FCP to 1.4 seconds and increasing purchase conversion by 50%.

I also optimized loading to reduce the initial bundle from 35 MB to 1.1 MB, and launched B2B subscription infrastructure that acquired 4+ enterprise clients. I created a reusable React UI Kit with Storybook, standardizing 20 components across five applications and achieving WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
