I’m a motivated social media manager who brings strong communication, organization, and time management to every task. I enjoy creating promotional content that boosts customer engagement and strengthens branding.

Through customer service and office support work, I’ve built confidence in interacting with people, handling front-desk responsibilities like scheduling and greeting, and supporting patients with basic nursing tasks. I also helped with billing and insurance documentation.

In my social media roles, I managed and updated social media accounts, developed and posted marketing content, and organized digital content and promotional materials. I focused on improving online presence and customer outreach while keeping content clear, accurate, and engaging.

I’m currently studying Business and Communications at the University of Almería, with a background in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. I’m ready to keep learning and contribute with a customer-first mindset and reliable, well-organized execution.
