I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my grant management skills while fostering collaboration and driving impactful projects.

I am a dedicated grant specialist with extensive experience in developing and managing grant proposals and communications strategies. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance, followed by a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology, which has equipped me with a unique perspective on the intersection of finance and social impact.

In my current role at Première Urgence Internationale, I develop comprehensive project documentation and collaborate with teams to create compelling grant proposals. I have successfully fostered relationships with funders and community partners, ensuring compliance with funding requirements while effectively utilizing resources. My previous experiences as a Grant and Communication Manager and Finance and Grant Manager have further honed my skills in monitoring digital communication efforts and preparing impactful reports for stakeholders.

My commitment to mentorship is evident in my volunteer work, where I guide female students at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. I believe in empowering the next generation of leaders by sharing opportunities and providing support to navigate their career paths.
