At the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, I deliver ESL instruction and lead professional development initiatives for teaching faculty. I also work on aligning regional educational frameworks with CEFR standards.
At 4Level1, I supervise and mentor 16 on-site and 42 remote teachers. I conduct lesson observations, provide feedback, and design professional development workshops.
At Infosfere for Training and Schooling, I led the English department and coordinated standardized curriculum implementation. I also developed teaching strategies and assessment tools to enhance student learning outcomes.
At Al-Mokhtar Language School, I taught literature- and writing-focused English lessons to secondary school students. My qualifications include CELTA and DELTA Module 1 certifications from Cambridge University.
