What I'm looking for

I'm looking to combine patient-centred medical care, functional medicine, and virtual health coaching to deliver scalable, evidence-based behaviour change and long-term wellness outcomes.

I provide patient-centred medical care and health coaching informed by over 19 years of clinical experience across South Africa and Ireland.

At Fella Health, I coach US and UK clients in GLP-1 weight-loss programmes, using Motivational Interviewing, psychological support, progress tracking, and virtual coaching tools to support sustainable behaviour change.

In private practice and at Skin Renewal Clinics, I have delivered functional medicine consultations, chronic disease management, weight-loss support, IV therapy, Biopuncture, bio-identical hormone care, and health coaching.

My GP experience includes acute presentations, long-term wellness strategies, insurance medicals, nursing-home ward rounds, and comprehensive patient management. I also bring an interest in coding and software development, with JavaScript, Python, and HTML/CSS training.
