What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate clinical evidence into useful education, content and decision-support products, collaborating with teams working in medical education and clinical content.

At the Knowledge Translation Unit, I design and deliver learning products that turn clinical evidence and guidelines into practice-changing education for healthcare workers.

I lead course builds from brief to release across the full ADDIE cycle, coordinating subject-matter experts and clinical reviewers. My work includes multi-track online course suites, blended programmes, facilitator guides and train-the-trainer packs used independently by other trainers.

I build in Articulate Storyline, Rise, iSpring Suite and Thinkific, and integrate Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT throughout my production workflow to develop scenarios, structure content and refine scripts.

I also maintain a part-time clinical post at Baphumelele Children's Home, providing care for children and adults living with HIV and chronic conditions. This keeps my education work grounded in the realities of clinical practice.
