What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can develop and support CRM applications with Spring Boot and REST APIs, while owning SQL-based reporting, Looker Studio dashboards, and manual testing/defect tracking to help teams make data-driven decisions.

I’m an experienced IT professional with 4 years of experience across Java Development, Data Analysis, CRM application support, documentation preparation, and manual testing. I focus on building and supporting reliable CRM web applications while turning business data into clear, actionable insights.

In my work on the 360 CRM application, I developed web applications using Spring Boot and MVC architecture—creating controllers, repositories, entity classes, JSP pages with JSTL, and RESTful web services. I implemented database operations with Hibernate and MySQL, configured application properties and email services, and fixed defects reported by testing teams.

Alongside development, I analyzed CRM data to prepare SQL reports, perform data cleaning and validation, and create Excel reporting and dashboards using Looker Studio. I also owned manual testing by writing scenarios and test cases, performing functional and regression testing, identifying defects, verifying bug fixes, and producing requirement and user/process documentation.
