Since May 2023, I’ve worked as a Billing Subject Matter Expert at Zoom, where I conduct UAT testing and review Business Requirement Documents while supporting new product implementations. I optimize billing processes, act as a POC for usage-based charges, handle Tier 2 escalations, and help ensure pricing accuracy through quote and invoice discrepancy reviews, credits, adjustments, and amendments.
