I’m an experienced specialist focused on IT-supported process optimization, SAP administration, and logistics control. With strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (including EWM) and additional modules, I help companies digitalize workflows and improve efficiency through automation and analytics.

In my current role as SAP Consultant, I support implementation and migration activities including “Implementierung EWM bei Heckler & Koch,” “Implementierung PP,QM und MM auf SAP S/4Hana,” and “Implementierung von Service Fulfillment.” I also drive service migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA and optimize operational processes such as the “Retourenprozess” of a group company, while using Power Automate and Power BI for automation and reporting. Alongside project work, I deliver “Fehlerbehebung als Third-Level-Support,” create and maintain documentation in “SAP Enable Now (SEN) und Microsoft 365,” and use VBA for automation and process optimization.

Previously, I worked in logistics and operations-oriented SAP support roles—covering repairs and returns—from administrative and quality-relevant process handling to end-user training. I supported users with ticket-based operations, clarified and managed “qualitätsrelevanter Prozesse (QS),” cleaned up system and interface communication, and performed data analysis/reporting (including Excel and SAP evaluations). Across teams and works, my approach stays hands-on: fix issues, simplify processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations from “Wareneingang bis zum Versand.”
