Built the product strategy for the CMMS application SamFM, a SaaS solution for building maintenance systems, to introduce new value through innovations. Managed development and delivery teams across Canada, India, and France, fostering Agile and DevOps practices to create a streamlined value delivery pipeline.

Led two major projects: the implementation of La Poste's eBoutique with Hybris solution and the maintenance of Orange group's BI applications. Managed significant project budgets and ensured successful delivery for large accounts.
