Highlights include a $2M+ ERP (Syspro) and WMS (DVU) rollout with operational handover that held, a multi-phase asset governance program integrating SAP and Maximo that cut processing time by 50%, and multi-site CMMS selection and implementation (eMaint) delivering 90% PM compliance and lower unplanned downtime—plus RELEX implementations that bring forecasting, replenishment, measurement, and tuning into steady state.
