At Huawei, I monitor and troubleshoot Orange Spain RAN and MBH networks, detecting alarms and service interruptions and working to resolve them within agreed SLAs.
I remotely diagnose software and hardware issues across Huawei, Ericsson, and ZTE RAN equipment, investigate microwave and fiber transmission faults, trace VLANs, and validate planned network works.
My aerospace engineering background and ROMATSA apprenticeship complement my long-term goal of building skills across telecommunications, networking, and IT. I also bring hands-on experience configuring LAN-connected surveillance, DVR/NVR, camera, and alarm systems.

- Monitor and analyze network dashboards, allowing detection of alarms and service interruption, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs
- Perform remote diagnostic and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues impacting service availability
