I built and run MapGO, a geospatial web platform used by more than 1,000 registered users. It makes location analysis accessible without specialist GIS software, with tools for distance calculations, file conversion, and downloadable property location reports.
On MapGO, I improved API response times from around six seconds to under half a second. I also handle feature development, releases, hosting, customer support, and keeping the application and its backups running.
I built and run IdeaKiln, a product discovery and launch platform serving more than 3,800 builders and featuring over 2,400 launched ideas. Its workflows support free and paid submissions, scheduled promotions, relaunches, and listing transfers; I also developed a partner API for automated submissions.
At Smartbox Group, I bring data from APIs and business systems into company databases, prepare it for reporting, and build Power BI reports for commercial, product, and finance teams. Earlier, at Typetec, I supported customers across different systems and introduced and administered ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.
