With over seven years of experience in logistics, training, and project management, I have developed a diverse skill set and strong adaptability. My journey began as a customer service representative and logistics coordinator, where I refined my communication skills and deepened my understanding of the supply chain. These experiences were instrumental in creating effective training materials for new employees and various departments, enhancing my ability to present information clearly and memorably.

In my role as a Digital Platform Analyst, I worked on creating training materials for various accounts, clients, and company areas. I developed different formats such as training plans, system usage guides, role-play exercises, reinforcement activities, and performance reports. These formats were subsequently used in following projects, showcasing my ability to create sustainable and effective training solutions.

As an Off-Screen Trainer, I assisted in the onboarding of new employees by handling back-office tasks, activating corporate emails, reviewing cover letters and profiles, evaluating reports, managing requests, and acting as a substitute trainer when needed. My experience as a Logistics Coordinator involved auditing shipments, verifying billing data, tracking larger trucks, monitoring drivers, and ensuring efficient dispatch, route, and product delivery processes.
