At SOLV Energy, I negotiate and manage Operations & Maintenance Agreements for solar and energy storage systems, with 30 agreements executed to date. I also built a centralized tracker and negotiation playbook to streamline contract management.
At the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, I managed a roughly $50M category portfolio and led critical RFPs that delivered approximately $3–4M in negotiated savings. I also improved RFx and reporting processes to give teams faster visibility into sourcing data.
Across Dominion Energy, Amazon, and New Avon LLC, I worked on sourcing and category management spanning energy, fulfillment, and other complex procurement environments. My work included a Power BI dashboard suite at Dominion Energy and sourcing initiatives that delivered approximately $5M in savings.
