What I'm looking for

I want an aviation- or service-sector role where I can use my office management, data handling, finance basics (Tally Prime with GST), and client relations skills to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

I’m an institution administrator with a Master’s degree in Indian Classical Music, supported by certifications in Tally Prime and Aviation (Skytech Aviation). I bring discipline, service excellence, and strong administrative capability to every front-office and back-office responsibility.

In my role as Institution Administrator & music teacher, I supported day-to-day school operations across both the front office and back office, combining client-facing communication with accurate data handling. I’m a dedicated, fast learner who adapts quickly across different fields—from arts to aviation—while keeping service quality consistent.

I strengthen my work with practical technical skills like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data analysis, and database management, alongside finance fundamentals using Tally Prime with GST (financial scrip, journals, and ledgers with Excel balance sheet support). With clear communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali and a focus on client relations, I’m ready to help teams deliver smooth operations and superior client experiences.
