At Freedom From Diabetes, I deliver exercise and health education through consultations, group exercise sessions, and training. I’ve reached more than 1,800 individuals online and in person.
As Subject Matter Expert for the Exercise Science department from 2022 to 2024, I delivered structured training sessions on healthcare, exercise, rehabilitation, and wellness. I adapt explanations to different levels of knowledge and learner needs.
At BeFit Physiotherapy Clinic, I assessed and supported rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions, including joint replacements and ligament injuries. I educated patients on exercise, injury prevention, and recovery, and used dry needling, taping, and mobilization.
At GB School of Neurophysiotherapy, I worked with stroke and spinal cord injury patients using task-based and functional exercise strategies. At Physio Care, I provided individualized physiotherapy and education for common musculoskeletal conditions.
