At American Musical Supply, I lead backend engineering across ecommerce, supply chain, ERP, and fulfillment for two DTC brands and more than 40 manufacturer storefronts. I founded the company’s offshore engineering entity in India, scaling it to 13 engineers with 92% retention at 12 months.
I also led fulfillment optimization that reduced order-processing time by 50% for the largest B2B client, with a 10% carry-over improvement to DTC order flow. Earlier, I built the platform capability that established American Musical Supply as a 3PL for manufacturer partners and created per-tenant cost and margin visibility.
