At Demand Media BPM LLP, I built and launched an email validation and bulk email platform from scratch, serving 1,000+ registered users. I developed product features and REST APIs with React, Node.js, and Express.js.
I engineered SMTP-based workflows with RabbitMQ to process batches of up to 20,000 email addresses. Comparative tests showed 98% agreement with established competitor tools, and controlled deliverability tests achieved 80%+ inbox placement.
I deployed the application on AWS EC2 and implemented OAuth 2.0 authentication and Razorpay payments. I also built IncidentIQ, a production incident simulation and observability platform with live telemetry and an AI-assisted root-cause analysis workflow.
