At Amazon Development Pvt. Ltd., I shipped an AU FBA Storage Limit Review automation that carries the majority of the queue, turning a high-volume workflow into a same-day, fully audited process. I also built an FBA Clawback automation to resolve reimbursement tickets end to end.
I upgraded the Incorrect Fee workflow to near-full automation and built audit instrumentation with persistent logs and dashboards. Leadership recognized my automation-first delivery, noting “a new automation every week.”
I also engineered a knowledge-graph and agent tooling fleet for continuous learning, task detection, and enrichment. It scans communications and operational data to surface entities, decisions, and patterns for organizational intelligence.
Alongside my work at Amazon, I’ve built projects including an AI-driven trading platform and classification models for insurance fraud and postpartum depression detection. I have an M.Sc. in Data Science and am pursuing an MBA in Finance & Analytics.
