At Dell Technologies, I built shared Redis caching and event-driven invalidation for device, health, firmware, and dashboard APIs, cutting production p95 latency from 380 ms to 42 ms. I also replaced periodic device-page refreshes with NATS JetStream events over WebSockets and added reconnect snapshots that brought customer incident reports from about five a month to zero.
I built a LangGraph agent to extract sales-document data, achieving 96.8% field accuracy on a labeled set, and created GitHub Actions release gates that reduced publish failures from 35% to 0.4%. I also architected a pre-merge UI testing framework across six micro-frontends and mentored an intern who built it.
