At Technoforte Software, I work on Toyota’s VDEM web and mobile application for vehicle inspections, defect identification, and defect clearance. I turn client requirements into user stories and Business Requirement Documents, and define workflows across inspection, defect registration, tracking, and clearance.
I coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and project management teams to clarify requirements, assess change impacts, and track delivery in JIRA. I also support test reviews, defect triage, and client UAT, and recommend improvements to inspector usability and workflows.
At Tata Advanced Systems Limited, I worked on manufacturing performance and process improvement, including KPI tracking, Lean Production System implementation, and cost-of-poor-quality reduction. My engineering background and PGDM in Operations and Business Analytics help me connect shop-floor needs with data-informed software solutions.
