Saúl Galindo

I am a corporate communications specialist with over 13 years of experience working in Canada and Peru, now residing in Vienna, Austria. My expertise spans corporate and internal communications, media relations, reputation and issues management, change communication, stakeholder engagement, digital communication, and executive support.

My experience spans healthcare, mining, industrial, and nonprofit sectors. In Canada, I supported communications at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), which has over 10,000 staff, where I contributed to significant organizational and tech changes, internal campaigns, executive messaging, and digital projects. Most recently, I collaborated with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), handling corporate and digital communications, social media, media relations, events, and internal messaging.

Earlier in my career, I worked in Peru's mining sector, including at Minsur, where I handled corporate reputation, media relations, crisis and issues management, and stakeholder engagement. I helped develop a national media strategy that resulted in over 1,350 media placements, of which around 80% were positive.

I enjoy transforming complex or sensitive topics into clear, engaging messages and collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams. My interests include corporate communications, PR and media relations, internal communications, reputation management, change communications, and content strategy in international organizations.

I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and I am currently learning German.
