I’m an SAP BASIS and HANA Consultant with 6.8 years of IT experience, including 6.3 years administering, monitoring, and supporting SAP landscapes across ECC and S/4HANA environments. I focus on BASIS administration, HANA database operations, system installations, upgrades, kernel patches, client administration, transports, and performance tuning.

I provide hands-on support for SAP HANA monitoring, backups, restore, system refresh, and troubleshooting, including backup/recovery, health checks, replication-related operations, and DR/HA readiness. I also manage SLT administration for reliable real-time data replication, covering health checks, MTID monitoring, backlog resolution, and planned source/target refresh activities.

I work comfortably in 24/7 support environments, handling incidents with SLA-driven resolution, leading root cause analysis (RCA), and partnering with functional and cross-functional teams. I also support DR drills, security compliance through security note analysis and remediation, and continuous system health monitoring using FRUN/Wily and HANA cockpit tools.
