What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to production-grade AI workflows, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and agentic automation while deepening my expertise in modern AI infrastructure.

At Alpinist Studios, I developed Python-based LLM application features, including multi-provider API integration, structured outputs, and streaming. I also implemented LangGraph workflows for intent routing, tool calling, and handling unsupported requests.

On my AI Customer Support Assistant project, I built a retrieval-augmented support system that routes messages to knowledge, ticket creation, or ticket lookup flows. I improved retrieval recall@1 from 77% to 92% through embedding and threshold calibration.

I also built NL2SQL BankBot, which turns natural-language questions into database queries and returns answers in natural language. My projects and experience include FastAPI backends, PostgreSQL, PyTorch and TensorFlow model development, and deploying machine learning models to hardware.
