I also maintain API automation and CI/CD quality gates using Postman, Rest Assured, Jenkins, and GitLab.
At Lloyds Bank, I designed UFT Developer and Playwright frameworks that raised regression automation coverage to 80–90% and cut regression execution from 40 hours to 5 hours. I represent QA in Go/No-Go reviews, communicate residual risk, and guide production validation for enterprise releases.
