I lead quality engineering and release readiness for enterprise software, currently owning QA strategy, automation, and production quality practices for BT OSS at Virtusa.
I built Playwright automation integrated with MCP-compatible AI agents and Claude-assisted tooling through Amazon Q, automating validation for 300+ business-rule attributes and 4,200+ live JSON payloads. I also maintain API automation and CI/CD quality gates using Postman, Rest Assured, Jenkins, and GitLab.
At Lloyds Bank, I designed UFT Developer and Playwright frameworks that raised regression automation coverage to 80–90% and cut regression execution from 40 hours to 5 hours. I represent QA in Go/No-Go reviews, communicate residual risk, and guide production validation for enterprise releases.
I've led and mentored teams of more than 15 people, supported QA hiring, and partnered closely with engineering, product, business, UX, and release teams. My approach combines risk-based testing, hands-on automation, and practical engineering judgment when using AI-assisted QA workflows.
