At Insource Services, I own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for up to seven organizations at a time, completing close as early as the sixth of the following month. I manage general ledger activity, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.

I've built an accounting function from the ground up for a newly independent organization, designing the chart of accounts and implementing QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, BILL Spend & Expense, and ADP. I also prepared audit support for 5+ financial statement audits with no material misstatements and process weekly payment runs of up to $8M.

My background includes external audit work at Ramathe Chartered Accountants, including IFRS financial statements, internal-controls assessments, and public-sector audit work with the Auditor-General of South Africa. I review staff work, train accounting teams, and create auditable Excel workbooks that make reporting easier to trace and trust.
