At Dorcas Tabitha Relief & Development, I design and facilitate psychosocial support and life skills programs for children, youth, women, and caregivers.
I adapt and localize curricula for Lebanon and Syria projects, and have delivered facilitator training in Syria. I also develop capacity-building workshops and Training of Trainers for staff, facilitators, and community workers.
During emergency responses, I led psychosocial interventions and community activities, including serving as Team Leader during the Beirut Blast response. My work also includes home visits, psychosocial assessments, protection referrals, and emotional support groups for Lebanese, Syrian refugee, and migrant communities.
Earlier, I worked as a Social Worker / Facilitator at Dorcas Tabitha Relief & Development and as a Promoter, Hostess & Event Animator at Blast'inc Agency. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lebanese University and have completed professional training in psychosocial support, child protection, and facilitator development.
