Sarthak Shakya

I am a dedicated Computer Science student with hands-on experience in data management and SQL databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL. My academic journey at Kathmandu University has equipped me with a solid foundation in data mining, artificial intelligence, and algorithms, which I have applied in various projects.

One of my notable projects involved developing a machine learning model using XGBoost to forecast air quality pollutants in Kathmandu Valley. This project honed my skills in data preprocessing, outlier detection, and hyperparameter tuning, resulting in accurate predictions. Additionally, I have built a Logistic Regression model for iris species classification with a 96% accuracy rate, showcasing my ability to implement machine learning techniques effectively.

With a strong willingness to learn and adapt, I am eager to apply my technical expertise in database management and data-driven projects. I thrive in innovative and collaborative environments where I can contribute to meaningful projects while gaining practical experience.
