At Enpointe IT Solutions, I lead payments backend delivery for a multi-country cinema platform, owning production maintenance and on-call for core transaction flows at 100% uptime. I delivered GST-compliant invoicing and a refund flow that reached zero failed refunds across India, Mexico, and Argentina.

I designed a Valkey cache that cut API response times by 50% and API error rates by 70%. I also built a FastAPI and OpenSearch fuzzy search service that held end-to-end latency under 30 ms.

At Acquia, I designed and built the REST API layer for NaaS, an internal cloud provisioning platform, and developed Go Kubernetes operators for declarative AWS network provisioning. I led the migration of 25 customers onto Private Networks with zero downtime.

At IDFC First Bank, I architected Thanos, a distributed microservices testing platform serving 10K+ daily executions across 15 teams, and built an Oracle DB message queue handling 50K+ messages per hour at 99.9% reliability. I also built the Go execution engine for odyssey-core-agent, exposed it over gRPC, and covered it with 43 Go tests.
