At EVeez, I lead product and engineering for a multi-city EV rental platform. I directed a full infrastructure replacement across IT, mobile, service and admin systems, migrating the active user base with no data loss.

I’m also leading the digital transformation of core operations. Daily reconciliation moved from a manual routine at every site to a single dashboard action, and invoicing was automated end to end.

At Sutherland Global Services, I owned four enterprise AI initiatives from discovery through delivery and user adoption; one reached production and three were piloted. I translated LLM and retrieval-augmented generation concepts into product features, including Sports 360, published to Azure Marketplace and adopted by a North American professional sports league.
