I shipped an online policy-booking module end-to-end, integrating REST APIs with downstream payment and policy-issuance systems to reduce manual steps and turnaround time.
I resolve 15–20 production incidents and change requests each month within SLA, using root-cause fixes to reduce recurring defects. I also led a zero-downtime migration of a live enterprise application from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome before IE end of support.
I manage IIS deployments, scheduler jobs, release activities, and server-migration validation while collaborating with QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams in Agile delivery. Earlier at Zeus Learning, I developed interactive e-learning modules and reusable JavaScript libraries, including dynamic math-question generators.
