I’m a dedicated Clinical Nutritionist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical nutrition and diet therapy, supporting both pediatric and adult care. I’m a distinction holder from University of Health Sciences, Lahore, with proven expertise in medical diet therapy and patient counseling.

In my management clinical nutritionist / intern experience, I conducted nutritional assessment and screening, developed individualized dietary plans, and managed diet therapy for diabetic, cardiac, hypertensive, and renal disease patients. I focused on patient counseling and education, assisted senior dietitians in meal planning, and maintained detailed nutrition care records while documenting patient progress.

In pediatrics, I collaborated with pediatric dietitians on age-specific nutritional intervention and participated in malnutrition screening, assessment, and recovery programs. I also bring research capability through structured survey and data collection methodology, including work on the “Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Diabetic Patients,” and I’m keen to continue delivering compassionate, disease-specific nutrition support in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
