What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Process Associate with hands-on experience in end-to-end invoice and payment operations across multiple countries. I’ve focused on accurate processing, critical activity follow-ups, and reducing errors through strong QC routines.
At Pierian service pvt ltd (APRIL 2023 - AUG 2024), I handled invoice processing using PRPC Pega tool, including PO INVOICE (CARS) and NON-INVOICE (EXPENSES). I processed invoices from mail to SharePoint, supported client queries by email, tracked team errors, corrected issues, and trained new joiners.
At Capgemini (FEB 2025 - NOV 2025), I led payment processing activities using Oracle and SAP workflows. I managed country payment runs for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Switzerland, handled TIS rejections and Tuesday/Thursday payment runs, and performed debit/credit matching, QC approvals (with final manager approval), and manual payment support using bank access.
I’m proactive about forecasting and month-end readiness, including open item tracking and month-end closing based on general ledger trail balance to tally into 0 across multiple business units. I also worked on unallocated receipts and refund cases, and contributed to DTP work—bringing a quick learner mindset, flexibility, and strong teamwork to every process.
