I’m an Accounts Payable Process Associate with 1.2 years of experience in invoice processing, data validation, document analysis, OCR validation, and workflow management. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency while maintaining high productivity and quality output.

At ADP, I review and analyze complex legal documents to identify lien types and define required data fields. I manage end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycles and Supply Chain Management workflows, and I validate OCR-extracted data using Captiva with strong attention to detail. I also maintain expert-level knowledge of Straight Through Processing (STP) procedures and ensure smooth process steps.

I’ve identified and documented process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce turnaround times. I generate and present process performance reports for senior management review, and I support team capability by training and onboarding new employees with hands-on guidance.
