Conducted a comparative usability benchmark across five live booking platforms, clustering 196 observations into an affinity diagram and journey map. Designed the full booking flow and built a component library, testing a mid-fidelity prototype in a moderated session.

Managed a team of eight, rising to fifteen at Christmas, with responsibility for stock, visual standards, and training. Produced weekly, monthly, and annual reports on sales and operations.

Managed layout, displays, and product presentation across the women's department of the Max City store.

Managed daily operations and a team of ten to twenty in a newly opened store. Worked with the GM and HR to implement Inditex group standards, and handled men's department visual merchandising and stock rotation with RFID inventory management.

Ran the store with a team of four to five, helped the regional manager open more than fifteen new company and franchise stores, and retrained existing store managers. Designed visual merchandising, displays, and windows used across other regional and global stores.
